Rates/Policies:
Our weekend room rates for
the Iris and Violet rooms are $129 per night with a 10%
discount for two or more consecutive nights stay. The weekend begins
Friday and goes thru Sunday night. The weekday rate (Monday thru
Thursday) is $119 per night.
The Rose room has separate pricing. That weekend rate is $119 per night (no discount for multiple nights).
Rates are based on single/double occupancy and are subject to 13% occupancy tax.
There is a two night minimum stay on holidays and special events in Rockport, call for details.
72 Hour Cancellation Notice Required.
Reservations cancelled within the 72-hour notice window will be charged a
$75 cancellation fee. Reservations shortened after less than the reserved
stay will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
The cancellation fee may be applied to another stay within one year's time.
We accept cash, check, or credit cards. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express
Children 10 or older are welcome.
No smoking in house.
No pets.
